Be a Harambee Reader at Freedom School!
We need readers each morning at all of our Freedom Schools! Harambee time is a morning pep rally that begins at 8:15am every day. The children sing, cheer and recognize accomplishments. The centerpiece of Harambee time is the community reader who reads a story to the group. You can bring a favorite children's book or we will provide one for you. If you are interested, please contact Kim Dickerson at kim_dickerson@hotmail.com to schedule a time. You can see what dates and times are available at www.freedomschoolpartners.blogspot.com. Even if you don't want to read, feel free to come visit Harambee and get your day off to a great start!
